Description:

The Manufacturing Technician will perform hands-on assembly, soldering, and testing operations for HTL’s software-defined radio and electronic warfare products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform PCB assembly including SMT and through-hole soldering per IPC-A-610 standards.

Assemble mechanical enclosures, chassis, and RF modules.

Perform cable assembly and wire harness fabrication.

Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of assemblies.

Follow manufacturing travelers, work instructions, and engineering drawings.

Maintain clean and organized work area per ESD and FOD requirements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.

2+ years experience in electronics manufacturing.

IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certification preferred.

Experience with hand soldering, rework, and inspection.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

US Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance.
